Rice Casserole
Recipe from Jeanette Hood
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/8 lb butter
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can beef consume
- 1 can been broth bouillon
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Saute onions in butter until brown.
- Combine all ingredients in casserole dish.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes.
